RETAIL/DIRECT Returns, Exchanges and Damages
We hope you love your purchase. If you're unhappy with the goods for any reason, you can return them for free (UK returns only, orders from abroad are returned at senders cost). We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on unused items returned within 14 days.
Please contact us before returning so we can provide you the best possible service.
Send us an email regarding your return and we will arrange for a postage paid Royal Mail returns label to be sent to you.
If an item is faulty we're happy to offer a refund or replacement if possible.
This is in addition to your statutory rights and is subject to the terms below.
